Lounge: 3-seater and 3-single sofas, coffee table and nest of tables; 37" flat screen Sky freeview TV, DVD, radio/Tape/CD player. French doors leading to decking.

Kitchen/Diner: Fully fitted with electric hob & oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, tumble dryer and washing machine. Pine table with 6 chairs. Portable TV.

Front Bedroom: Twin beds with combination wardrobe..

Rear Bedroom: Adult sized bunk beds with built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. (cot in cupboard)..

Rear (Double bedroom with en-suite): Double bed with chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe. En-suite double shower, washbasin and WC.

Bathroom: Bath with shower attachment and washbasin..

Separate WC.

Outside:

Decking outside lounge. Small lawn with flower borders and garden furniture. Barbecue and rotary washing line. Private parking for 2 cars adjacent to Carpenters.
